Zenerx Male Enhancement

A new study may be an important motivational tool for obese men to lose weight! According to a study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, obese men with erectile dysfunction (ED) are shown to have low levels of hormones, such as testosterone. A correlation between certain conditions associated with obesity, particularly hypertension, are the most important determinants of obesity-related ED.

In the days of the Byzantine era, it was thought that a large stomach impaired a man's ability to have sexual intercourse. This correlates with the current prevalence of obesity; the number of obese males more than doubled in the last 25 years.

Excess abdominal fat, cardiovascular disease, high blood lipids and type-2 diabetes characterize a condition known as metabolic syndrome, which has recently been associated with erectile dysfunction.

A recent study included 2,435 males who sought treatment for sexual dysfunction between 2001 and 2007. The results showed that obesity was significantly tied in with a rate of ED. As the severity level of obesity increased, levels of testosterone decreased. Obese men were also more likely to have abnormal penile blood flow.

This study shows - without question - that sexual health is clearly linked to overall health, and that improving one's general health provides a man the opportunity to improve his erectile function."

Another randomized controlled trial report (Journal of the American Medical Association) considered healthy lifestyle factors and how they are associated with maintenance of erectile function in men to determine the effect of weight loss and increased physical activity on erectile problems in obese men.

The trial consisted of 110 obese men, aged 35 to 55 years, without diabetes, hypertension, or hyperlipidemia, who had erectile dysfunction. The study followed the men for 3 years.

Fifty-five of them men were randomly assigned to an intervention group that received detailed advice on how they could lose just 10 percent (or more) or their total body weight by reducing caloric intake and increasing their level of physical activity.

The remaining 55 men in the control group were given general information about healthy food choices and exercise. The results showed that those who had - and followed - the detailed advice, showed a marked improvement in their erectile dysfunction problems when losing a mere 10 percent of their body weight.

In summary, you can help cure erectile dysfunction if you're over-weight or obese by losing some of your excess weight - this will, in turn, increase your testosterone levels along with your libido.
