Whole Grain Recipe

Terrific healthful blueberry muffins made with whole grain wheat flour, instant dry milk, wheat germ, skim milk and of course, fresh plump blueberries.

Blueberry Muffin

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup whole grain wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup instant dry milk
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Sift together dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients stir only to moisten. Add blueberries.

Grease muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full.

Bake 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
