Broccoli Corn Bread

Add to corn bread mix eggs, cottage cheese, frozen chopped broccoli, chopped onion and butter or margarine to whip up this healthful bread.
1 cup cottage cheese
1 package frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter melted and divided
2 packages corn bread mix
In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs.
Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion, 6 tablespoons of butter (or margarine, if preferred) and corn bread mix.
Beat well. Pour remaing butter into 10-inch oven-proof skillet; pour batter into skillet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into wedges, serve warm.
