Bread Braid
Grain Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dried milk solids
6 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon yeast

Directions:
Heat water, sugar.salt, butter, milk powder and 2 cups cheese in sauce pot to melt cheese. Cool, not above 110 degrees.

Add yeast then flour and rest of cheese.

Mix in bowl with dough hooks until smooth and set aside.

Raise until double, shape, proof and bake. Make sure you let it rise again after braiding.

Bake 325 degrees about 30 minutes or until done.

Yields: 6 Servings Bread Braid
