Banana Oat Bread
Grain Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup oats; old fashioned rolled
1/4 cup water
1 cup bananas; mashed
2 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon yeast

Directions:
Stir the oats into the boiling water and let sit for ten minutes. Place in bread pan.

Add all remaining ingredients.

Bake on basic setting.

Yields: 18 Slice loaf Banana Oat Bread
