Made with bread flour, non fat dried milk, sour cream, instant potato flakes, bacon bits, chives and yeast, this is a very flavorful potato bread.
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup water
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon nonfat dried milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 1/2 tablespoons chives
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe Directions
Note: This dough will be very dry. That is normal and no reason for concern.
IMPORTANT: Resist the urge to add water. Using your bread machine and its instructions to make this healthy grain bread.
