
Banana Bread

Applesauce not only tastes great with the bananas but also removes almost all the fat from this bread. Vanilla and cinnamon season and flavor. This is a quick bread.
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 egg white
3 bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe Directions
Combine sugar and wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients separately.
Add to wet ingredients.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
