Directions: While dough is mixing and rising chop apple and apricots. Take dough and set into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then pull into a circle about 6 to 7-inches round. Place equal amounts of filling in middle of each dough circle and fold each into semi-circles. Securly pinch down the rims of each roll and place on baking tray. Allow to rise to 20 min in warm, dark space. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and place on wire wrack to cool. Serving Ideas : Great for school lunches. NOTES : To give an extra crunchy crust, spray a little water on the bread several times during baking. Wonderful! May be frozen. Yields: 6 Servings |
