Cranberry Bread
Grain Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup margarine; melted
1 egg; beaten
1 teaspoon orange peel; grated
3/4 cup cranberry juice
1-1/2 cups raisins
1-1/2 cups cranberries; fresh, pulped

Directions:
Blend all ingredients.

Note: Mixture will be lumpy; this is normal.

Pour dough into a greased loaf pan.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, 15 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
