Pecan pie

  • Pecan pie is an old standby but becomes new and exciting when garnished with brandy-flavored whipped cream. Simply add 1-tablespoon brandy and 2-tablespoons sugar to 1-cup whipping cream. Beat until cream is stiff. Refrigerate up to four hours before serving. Place atop your pie slices when serving.
  • Chocolate also pairs interestingly in Pecan Pie as does cheesecake. Nothing beats a traditional pecan pie for pecan pie lovers, but new taste senations await - be bold!
