Burnt hot dogs?
Quick Cooking Tip
- Here's a tip: Pick up a foil-roasting pan ahead of time. Grill your hot dogs until the skin turns a light brown. Then turn the heat to low and cover the hot dogs with the upside down pan. Leave it on until steam builds up -- about five minutes -- to finish cooking the hot dogs.
- Some people love blackened, cracked hotdogs off a grill. Add some A1 sauce and your hot dogs could taste like tube steak.
- Pile toppings on your hotdogs for a whole meal on a bun. Try some chili for a thick coney dog, but don't forget the chedder cheese! Beans and more (beef chunks AND dairy) are excellent compliments to your hot dogs as are sauerkraut, ketchup mustard, onions and pickles.
