Grilling Corn in the Husk
- To cook corn in the husks on the grill, soak the ears of corn in cold water at least 30 minutes. Drain. Pull back on the husks leaving them attached and remove the silk. Spread one-tablespoon butter over each cob and pull the husks over the kernels; tie at the top with string. Grill 20 to 25 minutes, turning three to four times.
