The fitness, diet and health brochures are available in printed copies via snail mail. You may also download a PDF file for free, if you wish.

The printed copies are all three-fold brochures, printed on heavy-weight brochure paper. If you have a need or request for larger amounts, please let us know via our Contact Form. Thank you!

All orders will be sent out within 24 hours during the normal business week and on Saturdays.

These make great hand-outs at gatherings, clubs, etc. Some also like to send them out as mailers!
