Super Simple Peach Crisp
High Fiber Recipe
Canned peaches seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg, sweetened with brown sugar and given a little crunch with granola.
1 29 ounce can peaches
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup low-fat granola
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Pour peaches into microwave safe dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and low-fat granola.
Heat in microwave for 2 minutes, rotating once during cooking.
Recipe makes 4 servings
