Cooked rice, a vegetable blend, red kidney beans, Mexican style tomatoes and Cheddar cheese.

Mexi Beans for Mexican Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 small head lettuce
1 15-ounce can Mexi beans, drained
1-2 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli)
3/4 cup low fat cheese
1/2 bottle fat free Catalina salad dressing
4 ounces tortilla chips


Recipe Directions

Make a salad with all but dressing and chips.

Right before serving toss in dressing and tortilla chips.
