Banana Bread High Fiber Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 cups mashed bananas (about 5)
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
With mixer, beat together sugar, eggs, and bananas. Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Recipe makes 16 slices Banana Bread; 8 high fiber servings.
