Berry Banana Peach Smoothie
High Fiber Recipe
Blueberry yogurt, peach nectar and sweet bananas create a tasty dessert or afternoon snack by way of a super fruity berry banana peach smoothie.
4 cups low fat blueberry yogurt
2 cups peach nectar
4 ripe bananas
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth. Serve.
