Berry-Banana-Peach Smoothie
High Fiber Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups lowfat blueberry yogurt
2 cups peach nectar
4 ripe bananas

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
