Wide Grip Lat Pull Down

Walk into any gym in the world, and there's a good chance you'll find a lat pulldown machine in there somewhere. The lat pulldown is a good back exercise for people who can't do chin ups. For the wide grip pulldown, the hands are spaced roughly one and one-half times shoulder-width apart.
Remember to always use a spotter when performing this and almost every other free weight exercise!

How to perform Wide Grip Lat Pull Down Exercise:
- Grab a pull down bar with a wide overhand grip.
- Pull the bar down to your chest, pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
