Toe Touch Exercise

How to perform the toe touch exercise:

  • Place your right leg on a chair or railing, making a 90-degree angle with the other leg.
  • Keep your left leg straight and lean forward, touching the toes of your right leg. Again, do not bounce.
  • Switch legs; do the same thing.
  • Repeat the exercise one or two times.

Always remember, stretching should feel good, not painful. Only stretch to the point of comfort. In addition, stretching is a great stress buster to get up and do through out your day, especially if you spend many hours sitting at your job.
