Ingredients:
1/2 papaya, cut into large dice
1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into large dice
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into large dice
1 teaspoon minced, fresh ginger
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Non-fat frozen yogurt, ice cream or whipped topping
Directions
Mix the fruit in a bowl.
Crush the ginger into the orange juice.
Sprinkle the fruit with the orange juice.
Add sugar if needed. Top with Non-fat yogurt, ice-cream or whipped topping for a light, cool, refreshing dessert!
*Note:
This recipe makes a great side dish as well - just omit the topping.
Serving Size: About 3/4 of a cup.
