Asian Marinade


Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon cumin -- ground
1/2 teaspoon coriander -- ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
One pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cup peanut oil
One clove garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger root -- ground
1-1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup scallions -- thinly sliced

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side. You can also let meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night before cooking.
