Zero Salad Dressing Recipe
Diabetic Friendly Recipe
This dressing is made with tomato juice, lemon, minced onion, salt, oregano, dash pepper and dash garlic powder.
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Dash garlic powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top.
Refrigerate several hours.
Shake well before using.
This dressing may be kept for several weeks refrigerated in a closed container.
Recipe makes 2 servings Zero Salad.
