Strawberry Sauce
Diabetic Recipe

Ingredients:
One package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Six packets sweetener

Directions:
Process strawberries in food processor or blender until smooth.

Stir in lemon juice and Equal Measure; refrigerate until serving time.

Recipe makes about 2-cups Strawberry Sauce.
