Mini Rice Cake Tartlets

Miniature rice cakes with tempting toppings make an excellent snack

Ingredients:
Mini Rice Cakes
1/2 cup pineapple yogurt spread
Assorted fruit, cut-up into small pieces

Suggested fruits:
Mandarin orange segments
Blueberries
Pineapple tidbits
Strawberries
Bananas
Kiwifruit

Directions:
Spread teaspoonful of yogurt spread on each rice cake; top with fruit.

Serve immediately.

Makes: 24 tartlets - Serving Size: 1 tartlet.
