Peanut Butter Snack
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 tablespoon of milk
2 tablespoon of raisins
1 medium size graham cracker
1/2 teaspoon of liquid artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions:
Cream peanut butter until smooth.
Blend in 1 tablespoon milk.
Add raisins and mix well.
Break graham cracker into small pieces and mix with other ingredients.
Add rest of milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
Form into balls.
Substitution: 1 meat substitute; 1 fruit; 1/2 slice bread. Subtract milk from daily allowance.
