Tuscan Tuna and White Bean SaladIngredients:One 6-1/2-ounce can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked One 19-ounce can cannellini, or any cooked white beans, rinsed and drained (about 2-cups) 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion rings 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1/3 cup prepared light Italian dressing Directions: Combine the tuna, beans, onion, green pepper, and ground pepper. Mix in the dressing and toss to combine. Chill before serving. Recipe makes three cups.
