1/2 cup pineapple yogurt spread
>Assorted fruit, cut-up into small pieces

Suggested fruits:

  1. Mandarin orange segments
  2. Blueberries
  3. Pineapple tidbits
  4. Strawberries
  5. Bananas
  6. Kiwifruit

Recipe Directions

Spread teaspoonful of yogurt spread on each rice cake; top with fruit.

Serve immediately.
