Mini Rice Cake Tartlets

Ingredients:
Mini Rice Cakes
1/2 cup pineapple yogurt spread
Assorted fruit, cut-up into small pieces

Suggested fruits:

  • Mandarin orange segments
  • Blueberries
  • Pineapple tidbits
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Kiwifruit

Directions:
Spread teaspoonful of yogurt spread on each rice cake; top with fruit.

Serve immediately.

Recipe makes 24 fruit tartlets. Serving Size: 1 fruit tartlet.
