Chocolate Kahlua Cake Diabetic Recipe

Directions: In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into chicken mixture. Cover and cook on low for eight to ten hours or until vegetables are tender. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl. Beat with mixer for two minutes or until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Recipe makes ten servings Chocolate Kahlua Cake. |
