Hot Cappuccino Float

Three simple ingredients make up a delicious hot cappuccino float! Fat free no sugar added vanilla ice cream, envelope sugar free cappuccino and fat free milk.

Hot Cappuccino Float 1/4 cup fat free no sugar added vanilla ice cream
1 envelope sugar free Cappuccino, any flavor
1 cup hot fat free milk

Recipe Directions

Place ice cream in large cup or mug. Prepare Cappuccino as directed on package, substituting hot milk for the water. Pour over ice cream. Serve immediately.

Extra: Serve with cinnamon stick stirrer.

Recipe Ingredients

1-1/4 cup regular grind espresso or other dark coffee roast
One cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
6 cups water
1/3 cup measurable sweetener or eight packets
2-1/2 cup skim milk
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Recipe Directions

Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir in sweetener, pour into eight mugs or cups.

Heat milk in saucepan until steaming. Process half the milk in blender at high speed until foamy, about 15 seconds; pour milk into four mugs, spooning foam on top. Repeat with remaining milk and coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg before serving. Recipe makes 8 servings. Serving Size: 8 ounces.
