Corny Cookies

These cookies contain uncooked cornstarch, which is absorbed slowly by the body. They might help prevent nighttime hypoglycemia.

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup cornstarch
Cornstarch 2 cups cornflakes

Recipe Directions

Stir together peanut butter, honey and cornstarch. Form into balls, about 1-tablespoon in size, and roll in cruched cornflakes. Flatten balls with a tumbler and chill.

Recipe Ingredients

Sugar free instant pudding (any flavor)
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup olive oil
One egg

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet. Shape into balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Push your thumb into each cookie to flatten a little. Bake at 350-degrees for about five to eight minutes.
