Milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries whipped into this healthful delicious strawberry shake in a flash.
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen strawberries
In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Variation: Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie
Alternatively, try this truly delicious strawberry-banana smoothie.
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 frozen *banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
Six packets of artificial sweetener
*Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziplock bag, seal and freeze at least five to six hours or overnight.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Recipe makes 2 servings.
