Recipe Ingredients
12 ounces soft diet ice cream
1 cup fat free Cool Whip
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 packgage sugar free butterscotch pudding (dry)
3 ounces Grape-Nuts cereal
Recipe Directions
Mix first four ingredients in mixer. Stir in cereal.
Pour into 8-inch square pan. Cover and freeze.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
Bonus: Chocolate Yogurt Pops
Recipe Ingredients
8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup sugar-free cocoa mix
4 6-ounce paper cups
Recipe Directions
In a bowl, combine yogurt and cocoa mix. Mix well. Spoon into paper cups and set the cups in a muffin tin. Insert a wooden popsicle stick in the middle of each cup. Freeze solid. To serve peel away the paper cup and eat at once. Recipe makes four servings.
