Recipe Ingredients

4 ounces chicken breast meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 yellow onion, cut into 1-inch squares
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions

Thread chicken, onion, and pepper pieces alternately on skewer. Season with salt and pepper and grill until chicken is fully cooked.

Recipe Ingredients

If you enjoy chicken with vegetables, here's another recipe you shouldn't miss!

2 cups chicken, cooked, cut up
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup radishes, chopped
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon artificial -sweetener
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
3 cups lettuce, shredded

Recipe Directions

In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, and radishes. In a cup, combine yogart, soy sauce, sweetner and ginger. Pour over chicken mixture to coat evenly. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving, then toss well gently. Divide into four portions. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Sprinkle with additional wheat germ before serving, if desired. Recipe makes four servings (about 5-cups).
