Honey PancakesIngredients:Honey-Cinnamon Syrup (below) 2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick mix 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons honey 1 egg Directions: Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric giddle to 375-degrees; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.) Make Honey-Cinnamon Syrup; keep warm. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Serve with syrup. Honey-Cinnamon SyrupIngredients:3/4 cup honey 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions: Heat all ingredients in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm.
