Fat free cream cheese mixed with cranberry chutney or sweetened fruit juice to top water crackers with. A delicious Cranberry Cracker Spread. You can use your favorite chutney to customize this recipe, if desired.
1 package (8 ounce) of fat free cream cheese, softened slightly
1 cup cranberry chutney, fruit juice sweetened (or your favorite flavor chutney)
In center of serving platter, mound cream cheese into ball with top slattened slightly. Pour chutney on top of cream cheese.
Cranberries are a great source of vitamin C, are low in calories (25 calories per one-half cup), high in fiber, contain no fat, are low in sodium, high in potassium, and can be used in many forms of cooking!
