1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Did you know?
A small quantity of ground cinnamon - less than a half-teaspoon a day - helped volunteers with type II diabetes mellitus reduce their levels of blood sugar. It also appeared to reduce several cardiovascular disease risk factors. That is according to a preliminary study of a small group of volunteers -- 60 men and women, all of whom had been diagnosed several years earlier with type II diabetes.
