Blue Angel
Cool, creamy, and refreshing.Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce brandy
1/2 fluid ounce blue curacao
1/2 fluid ounce vanilla liqueur
1/2 fluid ounce half-and-half cream
Dash lemon juice
One slice lemon, for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine brandy, blue curacao, vanilla liqueur, half-and-half and lemon juice.
Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw, if desired.
Recipe makes one serving.
