Brown Rice Waffles Recipe
Gluten Free Recipe
Brown Rice Waffles made with brown rice flour, slightly sweetened with brown sugar. Delicious and nutritious.
2 cups brown rice flour
1 tablespoon gluten-free baking powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, separated
6 tablespoons oil
Combine egg yolks, oil and milk.
Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to liquid ingredients.
Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in hot waffle iron. Serve with your favorite topping(s).
Recipe makes 4 Brown Rice Waffles.
