Brown Rice Waffles

Gluten Free Recipe


Waffles made with brown rice flour, slightly sweetened with brown sugar.

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups brown rice flour
1 tablespoon Gluten-Free Baking Powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Waffles 1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, separated
6 tablespoons oil

Recipe Directions

Waffles Combine egg yolks, oil and milk.

Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to liquid ingredients.

Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Bake in hot waffle iron.

Recipe makes 4 Brown Rice Waffles.
