Brown Rice Waffles
Gluten-Free Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice flour
1 tablespoon Gluten-Free Baking Powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, separated
6 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Combine egg yolks, oil and milk.

Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to liquid ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Bake in hot waffle iron.

Recipe makes four Brown Rice Waffles.
