No Cook Chocolate Fudge
Gluten Free Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups confectionery sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons gluten free vanilla extract or 1/2 teaspoon Gluten-Free Vanilla Powder
4 tablespoons butter or 2-tablespoons butter and 2-tablespoons cream cheese
4 to 6 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Combine the confectionary sugar, salt and cocoa.

Add the butter, cream cheese, vanilla ( or Gluten-Free Vanilla Powder) and just enough of the milk to hold it all together.

Mix until well blended.

Spread mixture in a greased cake pan.

Cut when firm and store airtight.

Note:  Nuts may be added, if desired.
