Gluten Free Recipe

Only four simple ingredients in these delicious Macaroons. Flaked coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and unsweetened chocolate. Pretty easy to make and pretty tasty to eat.

Recipe Ingredients

4 ounces flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons gluten free vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla powder
4 squares unsweetened chocolate melted


Recipe Directions

Combine coconut and all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drop from rounded teaspoons, one inch apart on well greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350-degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from baking sheet at once.

Recommended: Authentic Foods Vanilla Powder. A vanilla extract alternative that contains no alcohol and is made from hand picked vanilla beans.
