Quick Chili Recipe
Gluten Free Recipe
Whip up this chili in a snap! Saute your beef and onion and add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans. Serve this Quick Chili nice and hot.
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can (8-ounce) gluten free tomato sauce
Saute beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess oil.
Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans. Simmer 45 minutes to one hour.
Serve Quick Chili nice and hot. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, if desired. Cheddar and Mozzarella are the most popular choices.

If you don't see the words wheat, oat, barley, or rye on a can of store-bought tomato sauce it is safe. ConAgra, General Mills, Kraft, Unilever, Sara Lee and other major brands have committed to declaring gluten.
