Quick Chili
Gluten Free Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup milk
One medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
One 8-ounce can gluten free tomato sauce
One 16-ounce can kidney beans

Directions:
Saute beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess oil.

Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans. Simmer 45 minutes to one hour.

Serve Quick Chili nice and hot.
