Whip up this chili in a snap! Saute your beef and onion and add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans. Serve nice and hot.

Recipe Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can (8-ounce) gluten free tomato sauce
1 can (16-ounce) kidney beans

Recipe Directions

chili Saute beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess oil.

Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans. Simmer 45 minutes to one hour.

Serve Quick Chili nice and hot.
