Bacon, Potato and Onion Pie
Gluten Free Recipe

Ingredients:
Two large potatoes, thinly sliced
Two large onions, sliced
Six slices of bacon
Two eggs
Pepper and herb salt
1 cup milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place layers in a greased oven-proof dish in this order:

  • onion
  • bacon
  • potato

Repeat. Top layer should be potato.

Beat two eggs, add seasoning. Add milk and pour over the layers. Bake in oven at 375-degrees until the top browns.
