
Spicy Beef and Macaroni

Ground round with onions, macaroni, green pepper, barbecue sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
Recipe Ingredients
1 pound ground round
2 cups water
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups gluten free elbow macaroni
1 diced green pepper
1 cup gluten free barbecue sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Recipe Directions
In a deep skillet, brown the meat. Add the diced onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
Stir in water, macaroni and barbecue sauce.
Cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
If desired, stir in or top with cheese.
Recipe makes 4 servings Spicy Beef and Macaroni.
