Beef with Horseradish Recipe
Gluten Free Recipe
Beef with Horseradish are minute steaks browned with onion in a little butter. Add gluten free soy sauce and horseradish.
4 cubed steaks (minute steaks)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
1 cup gluten free sour cream
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 large onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup white wine
Brown steaks and onion lightly in butter in a skillet on medium heat.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine. Cover.
Simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
Combine sour cream, horseradish and dill. Stir into the steak mixture. Heat through for about four minutes.
- Serve over gluten free noodles.
- Serve over dill-seasoned rice.
- Servewith nutmeg seasoned mashed potatoes.
