Wheat-Free Flour Mix
Gluten Free Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cups brown rice flour
4 cups white rice flour
1 cup corn flour
1 cup arrowroot
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup potato starch
1/3 cup corn bran
5-1/3 cups dry milk (You can use soymilk powder if desired)
1/3 cup sugar 4-tablespoons Xanthan Gum
4 tablespoons egg replacer
4 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Mix well and store in large container with a tight lid.

Use in place of flour in your recipes.
