1-1/2 cup grated carrots (three medium)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Grated Carrots Dish

Recipe Directions

Peel and grate carrots.

Toss with vinegar and sugar.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes and serve Grated Carrots with meal.
