Vegetarian's Candy
Diet Candy Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 tablespoons brown rice syrup
1 teaspoon lemon extract (opt)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup ground walnuts or almonds

Directions:
Toast seeds and wheat germ at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cream together syrup and peanut butter. Add extract. Add seeds, raisins, nuts and wheat germ.

With hands form into 12-15 balls. Roll into nuts.

Wrap in cellophane or just place in a airtight container in the refrigerator.
