Walnut Candy

Finely chopped walnuts mixed with grated coconut, carob powder, honey and sesame seeds. Lots of healthful ingredients in these! The majority of fat in walnuts is the "healthy" polyunsaturated fat; plus, they were the first whole food to receive a health claim from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup ground or finely chopped walnuts
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup raw carob powder
1/2 cup honey
Sesame seeds
Recipe Directions
Mix walnuts, coconut, carob powder and honey together. Form into small balls.
Roll Walnut Candy in sesame seeds.
