Peanut Butter Candy Slices
Diet Candy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter, creamy
3/4 cup pecan nuts, chopped
1-1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of raisins, chopped
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. If not firm enough, add more nuts or if too firm add more honey.

Form into 3 long rolls.

Roll in finely chopped peanuts, wrap and chill until firm.

Slice into 1/2-inch slices and serve.
