Stimulate Endorpins. Just ROFL!
The researchers at the University of Oxford found out that a snicker isn’t going to do you much good.
A smile doesn’t come close. It’s a heartfelt belly laugh – a literal “ROFL” laugh – that can be beneficial to your health and mental well-being.
The researchers concluded many other things, but that was the part that I enjoyed the most because I love to laugh! In short, they discovered that laughter truly is one of the best medicines.

Having a good laugh with friends really does help us to deal with pain, suggests a new study. The international research team, led by Oxford University, found that when we laugh properly, as opposed to producing a polite titter, the physical exertion leaves us exhausted and thereby triggers the release of protective endorphins.

Only a hearty, sustained belly laugh can release the endorphins and chemicals which enable people to better deal with their pain. The release of endorphins is usually caused by physical activity, like exercise, touch or massage.
Endorphins also have been found to lower the level of stress hormones as they are released into the body.
“A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance.” Ecclesiastes 3:4
So get together with some friends and have a good hearty, healthy, gut-busting laugh!
